No need to wash it yourself. Simply brush your pet as usual, collect the clean, dry fur, and seal it in a small bag. We will clean, sanitize, and prepare the fibers professionally before processing.

This is one of the most important steps in our process. Each order is assigned a unique ID at the time of payment. From the moment your package arrives, it is labeled, logged, and processed in isolation from other orders. Our studio follows a strict one-order-at-a-time policy during cleaning, spinning, and crafting. Each piece is completed and sealed before another begins.

Yes. Many clients combine fur from two or more pets. Simply label each bag clearly with their names; we will blend them with care.

Yes. Many of our pieces are made in remembrance. As long as the fur is dry and stored in a airtight bag, it can still be used. We’re honored to help you preserve their memory.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the shipping address, packaging tips, and a checklist to ensure everything is ready.

Once we receive your fur, our usual turnaround is 4–6 weeks, depending on the product and volume. We’ll send updates throughout the process and notify you when it’s on its way.

To ensure strength, comfort, and wearability, we blend your pet’s fur with sustainable fibers such as wool or plant-based threads. The proportion depends on the item type and fur texture, but we always preserve the emotional and material essence of your contribution.

If the fur is slightly under the recommended amount, we will still try our best to craft your item. If it’s too much, we will keep the remainder safely sealed and can return it upon request or store it for future use.
