Made with the fibers your pet naturally sheds, each scarf is carefully prepared and spun into textile-grade material, then blended with natural supporting fibers such as wool or alpaca. This process ensures both durability and comfort, while keeping your pet’s fibers at the heart of the piece.

No dyes or chemicals: We do not add artificial coloring or chemical treatments. Each scarf keeps the authentic qualities of the fibers collected.
Blended for durability: Every scarf combines your pet’s fibers with natural supporting fibers (e.g., wool, alpaca). This enhances strength and wearability while retaining your pet’s fibers as the central element.
Pre-order basis: Production starts after we receive your pet’s fibers. Average production time is 2 months, with the earliest shipping in February 2026.

Please note before ordering:

Required amount: approx. 100 g of clean, dry fibers.

Only naturally shed or brushed fibers are accepted. Please avoid dirty, oily, or matted material.

Each scarf is unique; variations in texture, shade, and feel are part of its authenticity.

All scarves are blended with natural supporting fibers (e.g., wool, alpaca) for strength and comfort.
Cleaning & Care

Gently hand wash in cool water with mild soap.

Do not bleach or tumble dry. Lay flat to air dry.

Store in a breathable cotton bag when not in use, away from direct sunlight or humidity.

Light shedding of fibers is normal, especially at the beginning of use. This will not affect durability.
Return & Exchange Policy

All Lunma scarves are custom-made using your pet’s fibers.

Because of the personalized nature, returns or exchanges are not available, except in cases of confirmed quality issues.

If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details.
